Our terms and conditions shall apply to any sale between you, the customer, and Early Days.
Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not necessarily confirmation that your order has been accepted; an order will be deemed as accepted only on despatch of the order. Orders may be void or part of your order due to one of the following reasons:
- Authorisation of your payment failed
- The product you ordered is out of stock
- There was an item or pricing error
- We suspect the transaction may be fraudulent
- You are not eligible to order from Early Days
If there is an issue with your order we will contact you by email or phone.
Placing an Order
After browsing our store, simply select the style, size and colour required and add to the Cart. Please ensure you have referred to our size guide and fitting recommendations to ensure you have selected the correct size. When your shopping is complete, please proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to complete your contact details and to register as a customer. If preferred, orders can be placed by telephone. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Items will only be charged once the item is ready for despatch. We will always aim to despatch orders within 24hrs of receipt but please allow 48hrs as this can be necessary in certain circumstances.
UK orders will normally be delivered within 24hrs of despatch but please allow up to 48hrs as delays can occur. For overseas orders please allow 3-10 days depending on location. Deliveries must be signed for; please note we do not deliver to unsecure addresses i.e.: communal or P.O boxes. Orders will be sent by DPD or Royal Mail and will have tracking numbers. They will need to be signed for to confirm proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to take delivery of your parcel at the address at the time of placing your order.

Early Days will exchange or refund any shoes returned to us in original condition with packaging intact.
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty pair of shoes, please inform us immediately of the fault and we will gladly replace or refund any pair of shoes that is faulty. We do check all shoes carefully before despatch to ensure returns are kept to a minimum.
Please contact us when returning a pair of shoes. If you have decided the shoes you purchased are not suitable, please return to us within 14 days of receipt of order. We issue refunds for up to 14 days. It is important when returning shoes that you enclose a copy of the delivery note so we can process your refund accurately. Returning shoes for exchange or refund is at your expense. If, however, you are returning shoes due to a despatch error on our part, or a fault, we agree to refund both the return postage and original postage costs. When returning faulty shoes, the fault will be inspected and the decision made as to whether to repair the shoes where possible or to send a replacement, or to issue a refund.
When returning shoes to us please obtain a proof of postage receipt.
